Who reviews the work — and what we promise
itstru.ai is a Canada-based service, reachable at support@itstru.ai. It's a real engagement-based business governed by published Terms of Service, a Refund Policy, and a Privacy Policy, with payments processed securely through Stripe.
Every deliverable is reviewed by a person on our team before it reaches your dashboard — no output is fully automated, and no decision about your business is made by the pipeline alone. What that human review checks is that the research is sound, the citations hold up, and the verdict is honest. What we don't do is guarantee a business outcome: the deliverable is decision-quality evidence, not a promise of revenue or success. If a specific factual error meaningfully changes a report's conclusion, email support@itstru.ai within 14 days and we'll revise the affected sections or issue a proportional refund.
