The Process
How It Works
Three phases, end to end — from a raw idea to a validated, built, and deployed product. Pay per phase. Skip what you don't need.

Validation & Prototype
Find out if your idea is worth building, with a clickable prototype you can actually demo.
$797$497 USDOn sale
1. Pay, set a password & tell us about your idea
Pay $497 with email-only checkout, then pick a password and answer ~10 minutes of self-serve questions covering your idea, audience, must-have features, competitors, and how you see this making money. You can save and resume from your portal any time. Stuck on a question? Email support@itstru.ai and a human will help.
2. AI generates research, briefs, and strategy
A pipeline of specialized agents takes over — one for market research, one for the regulatory & legal risk brief, one for the Pivot & Path Forward analysis, one for the pitch deck, one for theming, one for the prototype. Each is a separate program with its own prompt, schema, and retry rules.
3. Pitch deck & clickable prototype are built
You get a 10-slide investor-style pitch deck and a multi-screen interactive HTML prototype of your app — both anchored on the same theme and positioning. Click through it, demo it, share it.
4. Expert reviews everything
Nothing ships until a real expert has read every word and clicked every screen. AI does the heavy lifting; a human makes sure it's right.
5. You receive your deliverables
Market research, regulatory brief, Pivot & Path Forward, pitch deck, and clickable prototype — all delivered through your private project portal. Most projects ship in days, not weeks.
MVP Build
Turn your prototype into a real, working app you can share with anyone.
Custom quote — included in your portal after Phase 1
1. AI builds it for real
Your approved prototype becomes a real app — every screen, every interaction, working the way you want.
2. Live on a link you can share
Send it to customers, investors, or friends. Open it on your phone, your tablet, your computer. It just works.
3. A human checks every screen
An engineer goes through the whole thing, fixes anything that's off, and hands it to you ready to go.
Full Product
The full product. Accounts, payments, branding — everything a real business needs.
Custom quote
1. Accounts and real data
Customers can sign up, log in, and save their stuff. Your team can manage everything from one place.
2. Your brand, end to end
Logo, colors, and a polished look applied across the whole product so it feels like yours, not a template.
3. Payments and everything else
Take payments, send emails, hook into the tools you already use — whatever your product needs to actually run.
4. Launched and handed off
For mobile apps, we get it into the App Store and Play Store. Then we hand it all over — clean, documented, ready to go.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I tell you about my idea?
After payment, you fill out a short self-serve questionnaire (about 10 minutes) covering your business idea, target audience, must-have features, competitors, and how you plan to make money. If you get stuck on anything, email support@itstru.ai and we'll help you through it.
What do I actually get?
Five deliverables, every project: (1) a cited market research report (demand, competition, audience), (2) a regulatory & legal risk brief, (3) a Pivot & Path Forward report flagging the risks worth sharpening, (4) a 10-slide investor-style pitch deck, and (5) a clickable HTML prototype you can demo and share. Every deliverable is reviewed by a human expert before you see it.
How long does it take?
About a week from when you submit the questionnaire to when you get your deliverables. Sometimes a few days faster, depending on complexity.
What if I miss the email link?
No problem. You're already signed in right after checkout, so you can keep working in the same tab. If your session expires, go to the sign-in page and we'll email you a fresh sign-in link (good for 24 hours).
Will a human still review my deliverables?
Yes. Every deliverable — market research, regulatory brief, Pivot & Path Forward report, pitch deck, and clickable prototype — is read end-to-end by a human expert before it lands in your portal. AI does the heavy lifting; a human makes sure it's actually right.
Is the prototype real working software?
It's a clickable prototype — a multi-screen interactive HTML mockup. You can navigate between screens, see your app's flow, and demo it to investors or test it with potential users. It is not production code or a deployed application. The point is to validate your idea before investing in a real build.
What happens after I get my deliverables?
You use the deliverables to make a confident go/no-go decision. If you decide to build, Phase 2 turns your prototype into a real, working app on a live link you can share — reviewed by a human engineer before you see it. Phase 3 is the full product: accounts, payments, branding, and launch.
Who is this for?
Founders, indie hackers, and small teams with an app or SaaS idea who want to validate it before spending months and tens of thousands of dollars building. If you're tired of paying $25/month for AI tools that produce demos but no business plan, or quoted $15,000+ by an agency just for validation, this is built for you.
How is this different from using ChatGPT or other AI tools?
General chat tools are great for general questions. Under the hood we run a pipeline of specialized agents — market research, regulatory brief, viability and pivot analysis, pitch deck, theme selection, prototype generation, validation — each one a separate program with its own prompt, schema, and retry rules. Every numeric claim is checked against its source URL where possible, and anything we can't verify is flagged for you rather than hidden. A human reviews the whole package before you see it. You get cited research, a viability assessment with confidence bands, a pitch deck, and a clickable prototype as one finished bundle, instead of pasting prompts together yourself.
For mobile apps, can I try it before it's in the stores?
Yes. We're still refining the exact preview flow per project, but every mobile engagement includes a way to install and use the app on your phone before it hits the App Store or Play Store — so you can test it, share it with a small group, and give feedback while we build. The specifics get scoped in your custom quote.
