These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the itstru.ai platform and services operated by itstru.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our services or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
itstru.ai provides AI-assisted application development services delivered in phases:
- Phase 1 ($497): A 1-hour consultation call, AI-generated market research, business summary, and proof of concept — all reviewed by a human expert before delivery.
- Phase 2 ($5,000): Full MVP development based on Phase 1 findings.
- Phase 3 ($10,000+): Production-ready application with scaling, integrations, and ongoing support.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund Policy
Please see our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. Key points:
- Refund requests made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
- No refunds are available after the consultation has taken place.
- Stripe processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable in all cases.
5. Booking & Scheduling
After payment, you may book a consultation time slot. Bookings are subject to availability and require approval from our team. We reserve the right to reschedule consultations with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a phase, you own the deliverables produced for that phase. We retain the right to use anonymized project data and general methodologies. The itstru.ai platform, brand, and AI pipeline remain our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or success from deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant phase of service.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active customers of material changes via email.
